Reporting to: Head of Asia, Medical Development
Location: India

The role:

  • Drive the integrated development strategy for India by effectively collaborating with the different internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the strategy's implementation.
  • Continue enhancing India's development expertise by building internal capabilities and establishing an external network to accelerate global and regional development programs.
  • Act as the Country Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and support in navigating the local ecosystem and advising on specific local complexities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical trials, with in-depth knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and relevant global and local regulations.
  • Oversee national performance and contribute to country-specific activities while continuously update and maintain expertise in clinical development and the regulatory environment.

The experience:

  • Ideally about 10 years of experience in drug development/pharmaceutical industry/CRO
  • Experienced in multiple therapeutic areas
  • Knowledge on global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
