About the Role

As Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success through the leadership and development of distributor network. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing winning commercial strategies, fostering strong relationships with key distributors, and maximizing sales performance across assigned territories.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for assigned markets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key distributors, clients.
  • Promote company's brand awareness.
  • Negotiate and establish performance-driven contracts with distributors.
  • Develop and implement distributor training programs to ensure product knowledge and effective sales practices.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and distributor performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure distributor effectiveness and overall commercial success.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and ethical business practices.


  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience of success in commercial leadership and distributor management.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales and distribution landscape in Southeast Asia or APAC region.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement winning commercial strategies that drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
