We are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist to provide hands-on clinical and technical support for a growing medical device company that delivers innovative solutions across General Surgery, Gastroenterology (GI), and Urology. This role is essential in ensuring healthcare professionals are equipped to use advanced devices effectively for improved patient care and outcomes. As the Clinical Specialist, you will serve as the clinical liaison between the company and healthcare providers, delivering training, procedural support, and troubleshooting expertise. You will also collaborate with commercial teams to ensure successful adoption of products and contribute valuable insights to support product enhancement.

Reporting to: Regional Sales & Marketing Director
Travel Requirement: Frequent travel across ASEAN for site support and training
Work Mode: Fully remote + Field-based with regular hospital visits

The Role:

  • Provide real-time support during surgeries, endoscopic procedures, and urological interventions involving the company's medical devices.

  • Conduct on-site training for healthcare professionals on device setup, use, and care across hospitals, surgical centres, and clinics.

  • Deliver technical and clinical education tailored to various user profiles including surgeons, nurses, and technicians.

  • Lead product demonstrations and assist sales representatives in clinical discussions with potential clients.

  • Troubleshoot device-related issues promptly to minimize disruption during clinical procedures.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of clinical activities, training sessions, and feedback from users.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate clinical feedback into actionable product improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and internal standards.

The Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a clinical role or medical device support function, preferably within General Surgery, GI, or Urology.

  • Strong understanding of operating room protocols, endoscopy procedures, and urological interventions.

  • Proven ability to engage, educate, and support healthcare professionals in a clinical environment.

  • Comfortable working independently in hospitals and travelling across the ASEAN region.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-focused mindset and high level of professionalism.
