About Our Client Our client is a is a leading beverage company in Singapore and Asia-Pacific. The company manufactures and markets a wide range of beverages, placing a continuous focus to improve and innovate on its products. They are a renowned brand in the ready-to-drink beverage market not only in Singapore, but also in over 50 countries across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
Main Duties & Responsibilities They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as Assistant Brand Manager/Brand manager, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Agency Brands
*Co-develop all sales strategies and Below the Line (BTL) activities with brand owners for the assigned brands to achieve the monthly sales targets
*Work closely with the sales team to develop trade activities and ensure proper trade executions in the retail stores
*Plan brand campaigns, consumer and trade promotions for the assigned brands
*Perform post-evaluation of the planned activities and provide insights and learnings for future activities
*Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities to grow the assigned brands
*Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) and Advertising & Promotions (A&P) budget for trade activities and review the figures on a monthly basis
*Responsible for the operational aspects of the assigned brands
*Monitor competitors' activities and current market trends
*Lead external and internal business reviews independently
*Manage and negotiate with both external and internal stakeholders to drive continuous growth for the brands
*Brief external agencies on the marketing collaterals required, while adhering to the brand's guidelines

International Markets
*Develop a global brand story and brand assets
*Be the key driver to lead brand strategies, campaigns, and activations for key markets and lead its implementation
*Develop a range of key visuals and toolkits, highlight best practices for consistent use globally
*Quarterly distributor engagement on brand training and activation updates
*Develop new products and oversee label changes to suit the market's requirements
*Determine the communication strategies and capitalize on strategic digital mediums to reach target consumers
*Key contact point for international team to manage market growth
Candidate Profile
*At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
*Relevant Brand or Marketing experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry
*Possess positive working attitude and effective communicator (verbal & written) with a capacity to take initiative
*Bold and creative mindset
*Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
*Competent in Microsoft Applications
*Strong sense of business ownership, leadership, and responsibility
*Able to start work immediately or at a short notice would be favorable
