Reporting to: Head of CRM and Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
Team: Commercial Excellence (Individual Contributor)
The role:
- Oversee CRM deployment and upgrades, automate workflows, and integrate with other business tools, ensuring projects meet objectives and timelines
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities, create reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, security, and user access control, while developing and implementing best practices for data management.
- Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users, and monitor system performance to resolve technical issues.
The experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, data science, IT, or a related field.
- Ideally 4-8 years of experience in CRM
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM, project management, analytics, and operations.
- Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from data and excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
