About Lee
Sher Lynn began her career in the events management, to chemical industry and professional services industry with more than 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with proven track record in growing the business (year on year), transforming business from red to profitable status and building a solid team by focusing on people's development and culture transformation.
Sher Lynn joined Robert Walters as a Consultant in 2016, as a pioneer for Penang Office; which she later manages the business for Northern Region. Sher Lynn relocated to Singapore in 2022 to further established her career in the recruitment industry and is now leading the Corporate Functions team with Atomic Group.
In her career in the recruitment industry, she also acts as the consultant and business partner with HR, hiring managers and stakeholders in various aspects such as developing strategy to attract talent, best practices in hiring process, talent and industry movement - to name a few.
