Atomic Recruitment is partnering with a Client in the Luxury Retail Space. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to implement HR Commercial strategy and build a strong partnership with the local HR teams within the APAC region.
Job Description
- Advance HR strategy by spearheading the HR agenda across APAC
- Serve as the main point of contact for Business Leaders, taking charge of various HR topics such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Rewards, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development.
- Ensure that each Markets and Functions receives tailored solutions and agile HR support, fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and strong engagement.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, peers, regional stakeholders to implement and execute HR strategies in the brand level
Job Requirement
- 10-15 years' experience of HR business partnering in fast-paced global matrixed environment
- Prior HR experience in the Luxury Retail/FMCG/Retail space is highly advantageous
- Skilled in navigating complex situations and effectively influencing and persuading stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Open-minded and dependable communicator, a trusted advisor in leadership, and a collaborative team player
